How many people can The Ponderosa accommodate?
The property is best suited for outdoor gatherings of up to 200 guests. Indoor spaces are ideal for smaller groups and relaxed get-togethers.
Is the house included in the venue rental?
Yes! Our 4-bed, 4.5-bath home is included with every full weekend rental.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with your chosen team or recommend trusted local pros.
Can we set up a tent for our event?
Absolutely. While we don’t provide tents ourselves, you’re welcome to bring one in — and we can recommend local vendors if needed.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis for outdoor events.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have ample on-site parking for guests and vendors.
How many ponds are on the property?
There are two small ponds on-site — perfect for welcome drinks, sunset photos, or just soaking in the scenery.
Can we use the barn for our event?
The barn makes for a great backdrop and adds to the ranch feel, but it’s currently used for storage and isn’t available for indoor use.
