Ponderosa Paradise Valley FAQ: Common Inquiries
How many people can The Ponderosa accommodate?
Our Montana ranch venue can comfortably host outdoor events up to 200 guests. Indoor gathering areas are best suited for smaller groups, welcome parties, and relaxed celebrations surrounded by Paradise Valley views.
Is the house included in the venue rental?
Yes. Every full-weekend booking includes our 4-bed, 4.5-bath lodge, offering overnight accommodations, bridal suite space, and room for your wedding party or family to stay on-site.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your preferred planners, caterers, florists, and photographers. We can also provide a list of trusted local Montana vendors familiar with the property.
Can we set up a tent for our event?
Yes, tents are welcome. While Ponderosa doesn’t provide tents, you may work with any rental company you choose. We’re happy to share recommendations for local tent and event rental vendors.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed for outdoor events with prior approval. For safety and comfort, we ask that all animals remain leashed and supervised throughout your celebration.
Is parking available?
Yes. The property includes ample on-site parking for guests, vendors, and shuttles, making arrival and departure easy for events of all sizes.
How many ponds are on the property?
Ponderosa features two scenic ponds, perfect for photos, welcome cocktails, golden-hour portraits, or quiet moments during your wedding weekend.
Can we use the barn for our event?
The barn adds beautiful ranch charm and is a great photo backdrop, but it’s currently used for storage and not available as an indoor event space.
